By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms of services and engage yourself to respect them.
🐾 If i find myself having trouble with your commission, i reserve the rights to renogociate or refund you.🐾 Likewise, if i am uncomfortable working on a commission i reserve the rights to refuse without owing you explanations.🐾 I will not work on a tight deadline due to health issues, you're free to ask for updates within reason! however spamming or using any means to put pressure on me will result in a warning regarding disrespectful beahaviours.🐾 Send only clear unshaded reference sheets or unshade fullbody of your character with good enough clarity to color pick and show attributes.🐾 If desired for a more accurate persception of your character, i might require some information! please, avoid walls of text though. This is however optional!🐾 Any disrespectful and/or harmful behaviour towards me will result in an immediate refund and personal blacklisting.🐾 My artworks are for personal use only, commercial use isn't allowed! i reserve ownership of the artwork and you won't be allowed to edit it yourself without permission, hide a signature or claim it's otherwise yours.🐾 AI training using my artworks is strictly forbidden! including any other form of stealing (NFTs, reposting without credits, etc.).
🐾 Payment is fully due before any progress on your commission is made!🐾 Additional fees may apply if changes must be made after the sketch confirmation depending on progress.🐾 Payment is done exclusively through PayPal. Prices are listed in € euros, please be mindful of the conversion fee if it isn't your currency.
🐾 Feel free to cancel a commission at any point, however i will refund only partially regarding the undone work.🐾 However if an artwork is finished or nearly done and confirmed, i will not be issuing any refunds.🐾 If for any personal reasons I need to refund you, I will be issuing a full refund to you regardless of progress made.
